Global Approval or Rejection

You can globally approve or reject each asset in a review. This effectively overrides or summarizes the received responses and closes the review.

You must be a Project administrator. If you are using a custom Project role, it must have the following permissions(s) set to Yes:

• Globally Approve/Reject Reviews

For more information, see the Review section of the Edit Project Role Dialog Box.

If you have this permission and are a participant in the review, select your own response: Approve, Reject, or Defer. Then, click Submit Responses to make sure your personal response is recorded before applying one of the Global options.

Option	Description
Global Approve	Override or summarize responses on an asset to indicate that it is approved. It locks out other reviewers' responses.
Global Reject	Override or summarize responses on an asset to indicate that it is not approved. This locks out other reviewers' responses.
